Next to the jazz discs several thousand other jazz objects have been accumulated over the decades.
For example:
Photographs, leaflets, magazines, announcements, several year's issues of « Storyville », and « Mississippi Rag », letters, all sorts of press releases and many other things.
We call this part of the collection our «surprise packet». It's a "rummage paradise" for Jazz fans with a discovery instinct. But before we can open this section to the public, a considerable work of ordering and archiving will be required.
